Breast Augmentation (Enlargement)
For the woman who feels that her breasts are too small or not properly contoured, cosmetic breast enlargement through surgical breast augmentation may be the answer. Dr. LoVerme specializes in breast augmentation and has been performing the procedure for over 20 years for patients in New York and New Jersey. You'll find that a consultation in our office is different than most and much more informative for you. You will view a personally prepared computer presentation and see a lot of before and after photos, all of whom are Dr. LoVerme’s patients (many can be seen in our photo gallery). All of your questions will be answered, including implant type (saline or silicone gel), shape, size, position and incision placement. After a comprehensive physical exam, a customized plan will be developed for YOU. All bodies are different and women have different desires. Remember that this is surgery that is dependent on the expertise of the surgeon that you select and the time spent before the surgery correlates with your result. Breast Lift ( Mastopexy)
Here in our New Jersey facility, breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure designed to raise and reshape sagging breasts. If your breasts are small or have lost volume - for example, after pregnancy - breast implants can be inserted in conjunction with mastopexy to increase both the firmness and the size of the breast. Breast lift surgery can be performed with or without an implant.
There are many types of breast lift incisions. Dr.LoVerme uses the shortest incision possible for your procedure; this may be simply around the areola (with areolar reduction if needed), a vertical mastopexy (often referred to as a lolli-pop incision) or a partial or full “anchor” incision.
