Brow Lift

Brow lift is a procedure that I usually do endoscopically, meaning that I make very small incisions within the hairline so that they’re all hidden. Then we use a little camera to put in and can actually do the contouring of the forehead through these little incisions but actually under vision because of the camera. I will often take out a small portion of the corrugator muscle, which is the muscle that makes you frown, which really is a useless expression in most cases. To lift the forehead I use an endo tie, which is a great small new device that has small prongs on it that holds the brow in position. But within about 6 months it actually dissolves and at that time the brow is held naturally in that position and healed in that spot so that the endo tie is no longer necessary.
