Mary Lynn Hermann, RN, CPSN, CNOR
Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse, Certified Operating Room Nurse
Mary Lynn had no problem deciding on a career in the medical field. She always wanted to be a nurse. At the age of 14, Mary Lynn volunteered as a Cherry Aide at the local community hospital. After high school graduation, she worked as a nurse’s aide for 1 year. She attended Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1982. Mary Lynn remains on staff at Mountainside Hospital and her 18-year career there includes: medical/surgical nursing, Patient Care Coordinator of the Oncology Unit, and operating room nurse. Mary Lynn joined our practice in 1997. She is certified in Plastic Surgical Nursing (CPSN) as well as, Operating Room Nursing (CNOR), and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Mary Lynn enjoys cooking and traveling, and volunteers for medical trips with Healing the Children.
Stefanie Young
Office Manager, CoolSculpting Director
Stefanie has worked in the medical field for over 13 years. Before moving to Nutley, NJ in 2010, she worked for an orthopedic group and surgicenter in her hometown of Toms River, NJ. At The LoVerme Center for Plastic Surgery, she is our Office Manager and CoolSculpting® Director. As the CoolSculpting® Director, Stefanie is trained and certified by Zeltiq to perform CoolSculpting® procedures. She attended courses at CoolSculpting® University in California and loves the idea and results of CoolSculpting®. Stefanie considers plastic surgery “Happy Medicine” which makes it an extreme pleasure to come to work!
Jo Ann Miller, RN, CNOR
Certified Operating Room Nurse
Jo Ann graduated from Hackensack Hospital School of Nursing and has worked as an operating room nurse for her whole career. She first met Dr. LoVerme at Montclair Community Hospital where she was Head Nurse in the general operating room. She soon began to work part time for many years as a cardiac surgery nurse. She currently works part time for Dr. LoVerme and per diem in the cardiac operating room. She also provides private duty services for plastic surgery post op patients in their homes.
Jo Ann volunteered for several medical trips with Dr. LoVerme with Healing the Children. She enjoys golf and traveling in her spare time.
